BCP/DRP

BCP/DRP solutions provide organizational capability to build resilience in business processes and IT infrastructure.  The Business Continuity initiatives focus on ensuring “survivability” of the organization as it also considers all the requirements of the business processes for downsized operations. DRP is a subset of BCP which develops advance arrangements and procedures pertaining to the IT infrastructure, and support identified critical business processes covered as per the BCP document.

What do we do?

Paladion  provides enterprise as well as application specific services for the creation of business continuity and disaster recovery plans. We focus on critical processes in recovery and resumption to ensure that the plan is detailed and that it caters to every contingency. Our Business Continuity Management experience includes reviews of current capabilities, preparation and/or update of Business Impact Analysis, Recovery Strategies, Continuity Plans and Continuity Plan maintenance/testing.
