Rajat is co-founder and CEO of Paladion/Plynt. An alumnus of IIT and the school of hard knocks, he brings a deeply analytical mind to solve business problems. Rajat's been invited to speak on software security at ISACA, NASSCOM, Computer Society of India and the Cybersecurity Conference.

Vinod Vasudevan is a co-founder of Paladion and has over 13 years of experience in technology and information risk management domain. As the CTO at Paladion, Vinod has serviced large enterprise organizations across the globe for setting up of integrated risk management systems and for stream lining system based operations. He has held key positions with global firms including Microsoft. He is the co-author of "Application Security in the ISO27001 Environment" and "Enhancing Computer Security with Smart Technology". He has also authored several papers. He sits on the expert panel of industry consortiums.

Jose Varghese, co-founder and Director, heads Paladion's Managed Services practice. Before co-founding Paladion, Jose worked with Wipro. Jose is also an instructor for SANS courses in India and also plays an active role in Internet forums discussing information security related issues.

Binu is a co-founder of Paladion and leads Paladion's application security services. a strong evangelist for holistic and integrated security, Binu has been evangelizing software security practices via articles in Palisade, and tutorials at RSA Conference, SDWest and OWASP. Binu blogs frequently at http://www.plynt.com/blog. Before co-founding Paladion, Binu worked with Talisma and Microland in technical roles.

Nanda Kumar is a co-founder of Paladion. Nanda has been instrumental in developing state of the art software products at Paladion. Nanda has over 13 years or software development experience on various platforms.

Suveer is from the 1986 - 88 batch of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune and his experience over the years has been in strategizing businesses in software services & products, brand management, alliances and channels. He has managed enterprises businesses for Tally, SAP India, Accel ICIM, Aptech Limited, HCL Perot Systems before joining Paladion.

At Paladion, he steers the global sales operation and is responsible for developing new geographies besides building an appetite for large value and multi year contracts.

Mr Dube is a veteran in information security and an authority in IT security practice more so in BFSI space. Mr Dube heads the global BFSI , Risk Management practice for Paladion. He has more than two decades of experience in Information system Assurance and has served Reserve Bank of India for more than 20 years in various capacities for driving IT adoption and security practices in Indian banking sector. Prior to joining Paladion he was working with India’s largest conglomerate, Reliance Group as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). He has also served as a faculty at Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology for nearly 5 years. Mr Dube is well known in the industry circle and is very well referred, The book authored by Mr. Dube; “Information system Audit and Assurance”, published by TATA Mcgraw Hill in 2005 is widely acclaimed

Sreeraj has a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Communication from College of Engineering, Trivandrum. Before Paladion he was in to software development and project management. He has 13 years of experience in the industry in India, US and South East Asia.

Rohit Kumar leads Paladion’s business initiatives in Middle East. An alumnus of IIT Bombay and XLRI, he has over 12 years of experience in enterprise sales. Prior to joining Paladion, Rohit worked with Key Accounts Division of Enterprise Business for Heinz in India and USA

Sachin joined Paladion as International Sales Manager in 2001. Today he is a Regional Head overseeing business in North America and Europe and also oversees Sales & Marketing for Plynt (Security Testing division of Paladion). Prior to joining Paladion, he was Major Accounts Manager with Compaq and responsible for handling large banking accounts.
